The dried leaf of the Broad-Leaved Peppermint – Eucalyptus dives. It has an intensely fresh, minty scent and flavour.
Our Broad-Leaved Peppermint is grown and harvested on the lands of the Gundungurra people, New South Wales.
Please note that 20g of whole leaves is about a full paper bag in size. If you need larger quantities than this, please contact us directly with your requirements.
Use Peppermint Gum:
As a refreshing hot or cold tea
To add sharp depth of flavour to sweet dishes or salads
To cut through rich oily flavours such as meat or vegetable rubs
Peppermint Gum is a very strong flavour - use sparingly.
