The dried leaf of the Broad-Leaved Peppermint – Eucalyptus dives. It has an intensely fresh, minty scent and flavour.

Our Broad-Leaved Peppermint is grown and harvested on the lands of the Gundungurra people, New South Wales.

Please note that 20g of whole leaves is about a full paper bag in size. If you need larger quantities than this, please contact us directly with your requirements.

Use Peppermint Gum:

• As a refreshing hot or cold tea
• To add sharp depth of flavour to sweet dishes or salads
• To cut through rich oily flavours such as meat or vegetable rubs

Peppermint Gum is a very strong flavour - use sparingly.
