This is a sugar mix made from dried and ground lemon myrtle and forestberry herb blended with sugar.
It's designed to be used wherever you may use sugar in baking. The rich lemon and berry sweetness of the herbs will go through your baking and give it a distinctively different flavour.
Use lemonberry sugar in:
- Lemonberry bikkies
- Sprinkled over pancakes with lemon and sugar, or even cooked into the pancakes themselves
- Sweet french toast
- Creme brûlée and other custardy dishes
