Peppersalt puff
Ingredients
- Puff pastry Buy this premade; generally found in the freezer section of your supermarket or grocery store.
- Olive oil
Flavoured salts, or any herb
- Native Peppersalt
- Lemon Anise Salt
- Any strong-flavoured herb or spice
Instructions
- Roll out puff pastry.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Sprinkle generously with Native Peppersalt, or whatever herb/spices you're using.
- Cut into shapes, strips, whatever shapes you want. This needs to be done BEFORE cooking.
- Bake at high temperature for 20mins, until puffy and golden.
- Serve hot or cold.
