Yes, we charge postage. This allows us to keep the actual product pricing itself as low as possible.

Note that you can request Express Post delivery for your order. However, Australia Post is currently not guaranteeing next-day delivery for parcels sent via Express Post.

We have noticed, however, that Express Post parcels are arriving within three days of being sent, as opposed to 7-10 days for Standard Post, so it's still the best option for fast delivery.

We place tracking on all our parcels, sent to the email address you provide in the order.

If you are requesting a local delivery (Canberra or Goulburn region ONLY), these are generally made on Thursdays ONLY. Orders must be received by 9am Wednesday morning for delivery that week. We will contact you directly to co-ordinate a delivery, however.
